Stay here and enjoy your Waipu weekend. The property has a great and fab location, very close to Great Restaurant, the white sand beach and food outlets. Also, I could reach Waipu Pancake Rocks Nature Preserve, set just a short walk away from the venue.

The proximity to the beach and the coastal walk to Langs Beach is a significant advantage of the location.
Parking was quite limited and could be a hassle, especially when the assigned spaces were occupied.

Good service, had really lovely experience.
We had the queen suite which was stocked and beautifully maintained with GOOD size bathroom. The location turned out to be good and fantastic, next to dairy, the Bay, and the beach at Waipu Cove.

The spacious bathroom and lovely outdoor seating area made our stay enjoyable. The nearby beach provided an excellent escape for relaxation, and the staff's welcoming attitude added a lovely touch to our experience.

Comfortable Stay with Great Facilities
The heated pool was refreshing and close to the beach. The staff were cute and accommodated our needs well. Tip, confirm room specifics in advance to ensure they meet your requirements.

Friendly staff. Proximity of dairy, with good takeaway menu. Proximity to beach.
Narrowness of unit. Maybe comfortable bed settees would be a better combination in the lounge of unit five. The venetian blind controls were difficult to reach. Cold water seemed to be the only option in the bathroom basin.

Great modern room, brand-new with separate bedroom. Smooth check-in, parking on-site. Very clean pool area too. Lovely and wonderful location, 10 minutes' walk to Waipu Coastal Trail.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach.
Our room was not as advertised. We booked a unit with a tub and found it didn't have one. There was limited parking, which became a hassle when another vehicle took our assigned space. The noise from traffic was quite disruptive.

Great location for IRB nationals. Nice beach for surf lifesaving.

This place is a very tastefully renovated old motel. The manager (and guess owner) is a super nice guy and the rooms are well appointed.
The shower leaked a bit and there was no soap holder but no drama at all. Everything else was awesome.
